Residential LEED Workshops »At the 4th annual Greenbuild Residential Summit, leaders in the residential green building industry gathered for an exciting day of education sessions, networking and sharing of best practices.
The Greenbuild 2011 Residential Summit was a unique event that featured a variety of education sessions covering topics from financing strategies to marketing, and new construction to remodeling. There also were opportunities to network with other builders, architects, designers and developers who are leading the green residential movement.
Residential Summit sessions were open to Greenbuild full-conference attendees and residential professionals attending solely the Residential Summit.
Last year’s Residential Summit general session featured Frans Johansson, author of The Medici Effect.

Raised at the
Intersection most of his life, Johansson grew up in Sweden with his African American and Cherokee mother and Swedish father. He earned a bachelor of science from Brown University, and went on to earn a MBA at the Harvard Business School. Also a successful business owner, Johansson is a consultant and managing director for a hedge fund, as well as the previous co-founder of a Boston-based software company and a medical device company based in Baltimore, Md. and Stockholm, Sweden.
