Come experiment with one of the newest LEED rating systems, LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND), by acting as a "developer" for a real Toronto area site. During an interactive block building exercise, you will work with architects and developers and, using a hands-on charette process, test development feasibility, site design and key LEED-ND credits for your proposed designs.
