Greenbuild Legal Forum

This year’s Greenbuild will host the Legal Summit, the catalyst for the emerging field of green building law. The 2012 Greenbuild Legal Summit will bring together attorneys working in the sustainable real estate, construction and manufacturing fields for networking and education. Topics including green marketing claims, allocation of risk between manufacturer, consultants, contractors and subcontractors, and financing and tax issues, will be explored and dissected. Continuing Legal Education credit will be sought in California and other jurisdictions.
