There are a limited number of rooms available prior to and after the conference dates. All rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis. Warning: Hotel Scam
The U.S. Green Building Council wishes to warn all of our attendees and exhibitors planning on attending the 2009 Greenbuild Conference & Expo NOT TO BOOK A HOTEL with a company called TMC, Travel Management Company, or any other company, except Experient Inc.
Convention Expo Travel has been contacting our delegates, advising that they officially represent the conference. The company is in no way affiliated with Greenbuild. They are NOT the official housing agency for the conference.
Again, DO NOT BOOK A HOTEL ROOM WITH TMC, TRAVEL MANAGEMENT COMPANY if you receive a call from them. USGBC does not recommend them.
IMPORTANT: If housing has been booked outside the official housing bureau (Experient Inc), USGBC is not responsible for additional charges that may occur.
